A busy 2025 as we secure three new projects

2025 is shaping up to be an excellent year for Urban. Our order book has been looking healthy throughout the year, but we’re delighted to have recently secured three new projects in London.

40 Leadenhall Street, EC3M.
At this prestigious address, we’ll be installing drywall, including curved sections to suit existing render panels and joinery. New ceilings will include plasterboard and a grid ceiling that allows for recessed feature lighting. We’ll also be putting in finished timber doors, including fire-rated doors installed to BM Trada specification, while the surrounding drywall will be clad with a finished portal detail.

25 Ropemaker Street, EC2Y.
Our works here involve reshaping internal layouts using new drywall, carefully integrated with existing partitions. We’ll modify the ceiling to match by adding plasterboard, grid ceiling panels and specialist joinery to deliver excellent aesthetics and acoustic performance.

QM BIO Whitechapel, E1. This project will see us install drywall panels that conform to specified fire and acoustic ratings, plus a grid ceiling from multiple suppliers that will match the existing design. We’ll also be adding fire-rated finished timber doors installed to BM Trada specifications.
