Training

Everyone involved in our projects has health and safety training appropriate to their work. All people on-site have as a minimum an NVQ Level 2 Health & Safety accreditation. Many have also undertaken specialist courses such as those in manual handling, using harnesses, working at height and banksman training. All staff in a supervisory role have Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification.

Recycling

While we take steps to minimise waste in the first place, we are careful to recycle the waste we generate. For every project we work on, we separate plasterboard, waste glass and other materials for collection and recycling where possible.

Health & Safety Policy

We have a detailed and thorough health and safety policy, which is reviewed at least once per year. We are determined to put the health and wellbeing of employees, other workers and the general public first.

Environmental Policy

Year on year, we work to find new ways of reducing our environmental impact. We are fully committed to becoming a carbon neutral company by 2030.
